INITIAL CONSULTATION - 90 minutes​

  • Q&A - me getting to know you, what you are doing now, what you need help with

  • review of your current diet, activity & shift schedule for the next 3 months

  • meal plan development (what you like & what you don't like)

  • discuss goals & achievements

  • develop a individualized shift work wellness plan 

6 BI-WEEKLY CONSULTATIONS - 45 minutes 

  • review of meal plan and shift schedule - changes made if necessary 

  • evaluating shift work wellness plan and progress

  • goal setting and reassessments from previous consults

  • explore areas of circadian health: sleep health practices, supplements, activity, mental health and many more 

  • discuss healthy habits for long term success

  • answer any questions you may have about shift work, nutrition or lifestyle 

INCLUDED: 

  • 2 - one week customized meal plans (at beginning and middle of plan)

  • weekly check ins and food log reviews

  • unlimited online support in-between consults
