Hey guys, I'm Kristen, a nurse with a passion for healthy food and photography.

 

As a nutritionist, I believe in a well rounded approach to working night shifts. I work in the realm of real food, quick and simple recipes, healthy sleep and self care practices, education and creating with you a unique wellness plan that suits your needs. 

On a photography note, if you are new to the social media game and are looking for dark + moody photos with a west coast flare to reflect yourself, your brand or your product, I am your girl.
